The Warm Homes Local Grant is a government-backed scheme designed to provide fully funded energy efficiency upgrades - such as insulation, solar panels, and heat pumps - for eligible homeowners and private tenants. These improvements can make homes warmer, reduce energy bills, and help protect households from fuel poverty.


Funding is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.


You could qualify if:

  • Your household income is under £36,000, OR
  • You receive means-tested benefits, AND
  • Your home has an EPC rating of D, E, F or G
