All residents need to book a slot before you travel
On Wednesday 14 January 2026, Oxfordshire County Council introduced a new online booking system requiring residents to book a time slot before visiting Household Waste Recycling Centres across Oxfordshire.
You can book 30 minutes before your visit (subject to availability) or up to two weeks in advance. * For asbestos (household only), you must book at least 48 hours in advance.
You do not need an account to book online. However, you will need access to an email address to book online.
▪️ Select your site, the type of waste you are bringing and the date and time.
▪️ You’ll receive a booking confirmation – this will include any additional information you need to know.
Each slot is:
15 minutes for cyclists and car drivers
30 minutes for vans or cars towing a trailer
