There are still spaces for this lovely relaxing event.

All you need to do is book a place, lay back and relax on a mat under a blanket and enjoy a blissful sound bath. Leave your worries and stresses at the door and allow your body, mind and nervous system time to slow down.

Afterwards enjoy a drink and cake with time to chat to other like minded parents.

All proceeds are going to the group so we can set up a regular in person meet with invaluable guest speakers and above all peer support.
