New loan scheme to bring empty homes back into use

Do you have a home that has been empty for two years or more?

West Oxfordshire District Council has partnered with Lendology CIC to launch a new Empty Homes Loan Scheme, offering low-interest loans to help owners bring long-term empty properties back into use. The scheme supports repairs and improvements such as insulation, heating, and structural work, helping make homes safe and comfortable again.

By tackling empty homes, the initiative aims to revive neighbourhoods, boost local housing supply, and reduce environmental impact.
