Joint Biomedical Research Open Day

Step into the future of healthcare at our Open Day event.

Join us at the Westgate Centre in Oxford on Thursday 30 May at 10am - 3:30pm.

The Open Day is jointly organised by the NIHR Oxford Biomedical Research Centre and NIHR Oxford Health Biomedical Research Centre. We bring together the research expertise of the University of Oxford and the clinical skills of staff at Oxford’s two NHS Foundation Trusts, with the aim of supporting research and innovation to improve physical and mental healthcare.

Experience interactive stands showcasing the groundbreaking research that is driving change for NHS patients. Learn more about new diagnostics and revolutionary treatments – from heart disease to dementia, diabetes to depression. And discover how YOU can play a part in shaping the future of medicine by participating in our research.

The directors of the two Biomedical Research Centres, Prof Helen McShane and Prof John Geddes, will officially open the event at 10am.

See you there!
