Help shape next year’s budget by completing a short survey

West Oxfordshire District Council is asking residents to help shape next year’s budget by completing a short survey.


The Council wants to hear what services matter most to local people — from waste and recycling to planning, leisure and housing support. Feedback from last year’s consultation directly influenced how funding was prioritised, and the Council is keen to continue involving residents in these important decisions.


Despite financial pressures and reduced national funding, the Council has protected key services by making savings and generating extra income. Now it wants your views on where resources should be focused for 2026/27.


The survey explains how the Council is funded, how money is spent, and gives you a chance to influence the choices ahead. Paper copies are available at Council offices, and help is available by phone for anyone who cannot take part online.
