Calling all farmers, land-owning businesses and communities in the Evenlode catchment 🌿

A new opportunity is launching that could help you make better use of your land while delivering environmental benefits.

The Evenlode Wetland Creation Grant Scheme is offering full funding to help farmers, landowners and community groups create or

restore wetlands.

💧 100% of project costs covered (up to £20,000+)
🌱 Ideal for damp field corners, old pond sites or floodplain areas
🐦 Great for wildlife, water quality and reducing flood risk
📚 Can also support education and recreation

The scheme is funded by the Water Restoration Fund and delivered by the Trust for Oxfordshire’s Environment, working with Wild Oxfordshire, the Evenlode Catchment Partnership and Natural England.

  • Applications open until summer 2026
