The Examining Authority reviewing the proposed Botley West Solar Farm has submitted its recommendations to the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero. A final decision is expected within three months.
The report is not yet public, and the Council has not been told what recommendation has been made. As the project is a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project, the decision rests with Government.
West Oxfordshire District Council has represented local concerns throughout the process and will keep residents updated.
