The Low-down on the Hoe-down

In spite of a very cold and wet evening on 9 November, there was a fantastic turnout for the barn dance. it wouldn't be too much of an exaggeration to say people came from far and wide and dancers ranged from the very young to the not-quite-so-young. Caller Richard was on form and managed to keep everyone moving  - more or less - in some sort of order.

Band Hullabelloo, who always play for the Ducklington barn dances, were a bass player down but Roger, Stu, Tom and Chris rose to the occasion and quickly got into the swing of things, along with everyone else. (Come back soon Jamie!)

With everyone exhausted and the raffle prizes drawn and won, the evening finished at 10.00pm with reminders that the next  Barn Dance will be on
Saturday, 15 February 2020.
