Supporting people to make the change

Free online coaching, provided by DrinkCoach, is available if you would like to reduce your drinking. If you're thinking about reducing your alcohol intake but are unsure about how to start, find out if the online coaching sessions are right for you.


You could receive up to six 40 minute sessions which are confidential and available seven days a week, including evenings. You will be supported to set your own goals and your coach will provide support and guidance to help you achieve these.
