Celebrating 10 years of Dementia Oxfordshire

In June, Age Without Limits Day reminded us all to celebrate ageing and challenge ageism. We spoke to 100-year old ballroom dancer, Ena, who shared her inspiring story—her energy and zest for life are proof that age is no barrier to joy, discovery, or ambition.
