Did you know that 60% of items that go into the non-recyclable waste (general waste) bin at our Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) can be recycled?
A little sorting at home can make your visit quicker and easier. If you’re able to, separate items such as clothes, plastics, small electricals, metals, batteries and cardboard before you go. If you can’t sort everything at home, don’t worry they have sorting areas on site you can use.
