Do you reach for alcohol after a busy day at work?

For many of us, having a drink is part of celebrating, relaxing or unwinding after a busy day. But sometimes, having more drinks than planned is easy - a few extra pints or glasses of wine. Alcohol can effect you in more ways than you might expect:

  • trouble slemood swings or increased anxiety
  • sleeping or feeling tired all the time
  • poor concentration or memory lapses
  • changes in weight or general health

If your noticing any of these, it might be time to take a closer look at your drinking habits.

Take the 2 minute alcohol test to find out how alcohol might be impacting your health and whether cutting down could benefit you.
