West Oxfordshire District Council's latest quarterly review

West Oxfordshire District Council’s latest quarterly review shows strong performance across key services, including waste and recycling, customer service, affordable housing and leisure.

Key progress this quarter includes:

  • Adoption of the Community Infrastructure Levy, increasing investment in local infrastructure such as schools, transport and community facilities
  • Progress on the Carterton Area Strategy, with early resident engagement and a new Economic Regeneration Lead appointed
  • 202 affordable homes delivered so far this year, towards an annual target of 276
  • Growing visitor numbers at Council-run leisure centres, with energy-efficiency upgrades underway at Windrush Leisure Centre

The Council continues to perform well on waste collection, planning decisions and income collection, and remains focused on improving services where challenges remain.
