As the days shorten and temperatures drop, caring for a loved one can feel even more demanding. Supporting someone with daily tasks or providing emotional care brings its own rewards, but it can also increase stress during winter. We’ve got some top tips for looking after your health and wellbeing during the winter months.

We’re launching Carers Phone Friends

Loneliness is one of the biggest challenges unpaid carers face. Through our new Carers Phone Friends initiative, launching this autumn, volunteers can help change that — by offering a friendly voice and a listening ear to carers across Oxfordshire.
