Supporting someone with daily tasks or providing emotional care brings its own rewards, but it can also increase stress during winter. Through our new Carers Phone Friends initiative, launching this autumn, volunteers can help change that — by offering a friendly voice and a listening ear to carers across Oxfordshire.
