Your views on health and wellbeing

  • What helps you stay healthy and well in Oxfordshire?
  • What makes it difficult to keep healthy and well?

We want to make sure your views are heard in the revised Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Oxfordshire. This strategy is about you – the people who live and work in Oxfordshire. It is a shared vision to guide what councils, NHS, GPs and others will do together to support you to live a healthy life (from 2024 on). It will tell you what commitments they will make and how they will work with communities and residents to build a healthy Oxfordshire.

You can see the current Health and Wellbeing Strategy here.

COMPLETE OUR SURVEY:

Please share your thoughts with us by completing this short, anonymous survey.

We will share what you tell us with the Health and Wellbeing Board to ensure your voices are heard in the priorities of this new strategy.

This survey is anonymous – you do not have to say who you are, and we will not identify you.

If you would like a copy of this survey in another format or language, or would prefer to speak to someone about this, please contact us on 01865 520520 or at hello@healthwatchoxfordshire.co.uk

Please note this survey will close on Thursday 31st August.
