Litter Picking

The Parish Council picks up litter at various locations around the village at regular intervals. This is currently done by a contractor working for the council.

Having a litter free village is important to residents, visitors and wildlife and whilst we would encourage all who live in and visit our village to either take their litter home with them or use one of the many bins provided by the council we realise that not everyone does and that sometimes litter and recycling do blow away.

We aim to pick litter in the village once a week.
