Gauge installed in village pond

A new measurement board has been installed in the pond. This is a temporary addition in order to allow easier measurement of the level of water in the pond. The borehole has now been installed by the village pond. Smith and Sons reported that they drilled down to just over 5.5 meters, finding the underlying Oxford clay at 5m.
