Project Status For: Ducklington Parish Council, Street light repairs – Parish Council Car Park

Project Description

The aim of this project is to repair the street lights damaged by the vandalism and burnt out car some time ago. The project will install a new duct to the Parish Council Pavilion with extra capacity for future works around the Tennis Court and Car Park in the future.

As a result of this project the street lights on the road between the Pavilion and the car park and the street light in the car park will be repaired.

Project Overview and Overall Progress

20% 20% Concept and Design

This stage will see the design and costs identified and planned. They will be consutations and feedback sessions. This stage will be complete when the plan is agreed by the council and major stakeholders and the authority to proceed is given.

40% 40% Implementation

This stage will see the majority of the work being completed. It is likely that this will involve any building or renovations required and may well involve some disruption to services in the Parish. This stage will be complete when the works have been completed as designed.

60% 60% Completion of Works

This stage is about the completion of the works and the snagging required to ensure that the project is delivered to the required specification.

80% 80% Testing and entry into service

Once the project has been delivered it is important that the testing and training are completed before the project can be delivered into service.
