Councillor Glyn Rees has resigned from the Council after more than 10 years service. Glyn had served on many committees and represented the Council and the Parish at numerous groups and Oxfordshire events.

Among some of Glyn’s contributions were working with the RAF, the local Police and transport users group – keeping the Parish informed and the interests of the Parish on the agenda locally.

The Council thanked Glyn for his service at the March meeting of the Full Council.

Following the advertisement of the vacancy on local noticeboards the Returning Officer has informed us that there has not been a petition for an election and therefore the Council should co-opt a new member to fill his place on the Council. Details will follow.
