Craig joins the Parish Council as Volunteer Coordinator

The Parish Council is pleased to announce that after the interview process Mr. Craig Warner has been appointed as the Parish Council’s first volunteer coordinator.

Craig is no stranger to Ducklington having attended Ducklington Primary School and now lives on Curbridge Road.

Craig has previously worked as a Fire Fighter and as a First Responder for the Ambulance Service and will be able to bring his extensive skills and training to the task of keeping our ditches and watercourses clear.

During the Winter his focus will be on planning the work in the Spring and to assemble a number of volunteers to assist him in the clearances and digging. There may also be opportunities to help with some immediate issues.

If you are interested in volunteering and would like to know more, Craig would like to hear from you – you don’t have to commit to anything.

If you see him around the village or lurking in a ditch with a high visibility jacket on – do stop to say hello!

Craig will be keeping us all in touch via the newsletter and the website and can be contacted via email (firstname.lastname@ducklingtonparishcouncil.gov.uk) and through the Contact Craig page
