A415 Closures 25th November onwards

Oxfordshire County Council will be carrying out carriageway repairs and drainage works which are anticipated to take 5 days from 18 November (Standlake High Street) and 2 nights (7pm-6am) from 25 November (A415) to complete.

Traffic will be  temporarily prohibited from the whole length of High Street and the length of the A415 between its junctions with the B4449 Aston Road and the A420 at the Kingston Bagpuize roundabout.

Alternative routes are recommended as follows;

  1. The High Street closure; is via the A415 and Rack End
  2. The A415 closure; for light traffic, is via Bampton, Buckland and Kingston
  3. The A415 closure; for HGV traffic, is via the A420, A34 and A40.
